The Despicable Me 4 Garden is a playful space showcasing the energetic, fun-filled naughtiness that characterises the much-loved film series.
Nothing is quite what it seems as themes from the movie are drawn out in a colourful, inventive and innovative take on the story and characters from this latest film. Plants, garden equipment, and landscape features display hidden talents as they are transformed in unexpected ways, while the planting scheme celebrates all things Minion and yellow.
The garden aims to create anticipation for the upcoming movie, leaving us hungry for more Minions, more Gru and more chaos!
About the Designer
Designer Information
Based in County Monaghan, Benny Magennis is a designer that is heavily involved in the creative industry across Ireland and the UK. His work ranges from landscape design to large-scale events.
Together with his wife Shelly, they create concepts, visualise spaces and deliver projects for private clients, corporate brands, governing bodies, and everything in between. They continue to build relationships and develop concepts and projects across many sectors, primarily for brands in the events industry through festival, hospitality and brand activations.
This is Benny’s third show garden for Bord Bia Bloom.
