Quality Kitchen Stage

The Bord Bia Bloom Quality Kitchen is a major attraction in the Food Village hosting 24 cookery demonstrations during the 5-day event. Bloom 2024 will see demonstrations from well-known chefs Neven Maguire, Darina Allen, Rory O’Connell, Catherine Fulvio, Fiona Uyema, Edward Hayden, Erica Drumm, Shane Smith, Trisha Lewis, Adrian Martin, Shane Smith, Brian McDermott and Aishling Clarke.
